"Big Hands Holding Small Hands, Walking into the Mangrove Forest" Parent-Child Camp 

The "Big Hands and Small Hands, Walking into the Mangroves" parent-child camp, which was co-operated with the Nature Classroom, was well received since 2014.
We've run 18 of them and it's now one of our annual school holiday events.

Course contents include: Visiting mangroves. Recognize wetland ecoregions. Fun learning games, mangrove bark dyeing and handicraft activities & painting and sketching, visit the charcoal kiln area and cruise ship induction to Kuala Sepetang Fishing Village.

Huang Yunyun
Master of Environmental Biology, University of Science, nature lover, and founded the nature classroom in 2012. Away from traditional schools, wandering in natural classrooms with flowers, small animals, and blue sky and white clouds. The main reason for its establishment is to promote awareness and protect the precious local natural ecology. For the purpose of teaching natural ecology, the nature classroom leads children of all ages to go out for an outing, or participate in experience camps and seminars, or carry out themed activities and fun games, etc.

Huang Hongjin
With the background of the Institute of Biology, he has devoted himself to the education field for many years. He used to be a biology lecturer in an institution of higher learning, and has devoted himself to ecological volunteer work and nature education for many years. In 2012, he assisted in the establishment of the Nature Classroom. fb.com/groups/natureclassroom Later, in 2014, he created the coastal ecological conservation plan – Penang Seagrass Project. The project also received a special honor award from the Korean Environment Agency in 2016. Currently working as a full-time nature educator, she has continuously accumulated experience in leading children of all ages to outdoor teaching. In addition to natural environment and biological issues, she also have an inexplicable interest in paleontology.
